Ogami is a SODIC coastal development at Sidi Heneish in Ras El Hekma, holding apartments, chalets, villas and townhouses from 85 to 434 square metres and opening at EGP 18.84 million. It is the development containing Egypt's first Nobu Residences.
🔑 What makes this development different: in June 2026, Egypt's first Nobu Residences was unveiled in London inside Ogami — 211 homes and an 80-key hotel, the units described as fully furnished branded villas. Four independent outlets carried it.
⚠️ Watch the name collision: "Nobu New Cairo" also circulates, but that is a restaurant and hotel inside a retail destination in New Cairo — unrelated to the homes here. One name, two entirely different things, and coverage of one is not evidence for the other.
The EGP 18.84 million entry price is confirmed by two sources agreeing on the same figure, and the developer classes the project as "A Signature Development".
