There is a problem
How do you reach SODIC sales?
By the sales line, by WhatsApp, or through the request form on this page. All three reach the same team; what differs is response speed and how you prefer to talk.
What are the steps to book a SODIC unit?
Four steps: pick the development and unit type, request the live availability list with prices, review the payment plan and handover date in writing, then book. Step three is the one most buyers skip and pay for later.
Pick the development and type
Ten developments are selling, with starting prices from EGP 8.49M to 73.24M. Narrowing the region first shortens everything after it.
Ask for what is actually available
A published starting price is not every unit's price. Request the live availability list with sizes, floors and prices.
Review the terms in writing
The two that matter are handover date and payment plan. Get both written into the offer before any payment — spoken terms bind nobody.
Book
Once you have a price, a unit, a date and a schedule, all in writing.
Is this site part of SODIC?
No. This is an independent sales site presenting units in SODIC's developments and helping you get prices and complete a booking. The company's own site is sodic.com, and the figures here come from published sources, dated on every page.
Every page shows the developer's published starting price beside the figure recorded in the available listings, each with the date it was read. Where they disagree, both are shown.
Common questions about booking and contact
Are the prices here final?
No. They are development-level starting prices as at the date shown, and they move with each release, size, floor and view. The final price for a specific unit comes from the sales team, in writing.
Can I buy in Beverly Hills or Eastown from the developer?
No — the seller there is a current owner rather than SODIC. We can still help you buy, but the process, the payment terms and the guarantees all work differently from contracting with a developer.
What is the lowest down payment?
It varies by development and by release within a development. Ask for the plan in force on the specific unit at the time of booking — plans change between releases.
