The two projects differ in product before they differ in area: The Estates is villas, while The Estates Residences is apartments and penthouses from 117 to 194 sqm. Anyone seeking a ground home with a garden will not find one here.
The area bought in an apartment project is entirely internal, and comparing its homes rests on floor, view and terrace — and for penthouses specifically on the roof area attached.
